Autumn, October, getting nippy, full of blue skies, mosiac colour and those dancing leaves. Yesterday, on the woodland path edging the lake, I spotted a nest of….Harebells! Incredible. They didnt appear for ages this year with all that ferocious heat and drought, and now 3 or 4 of them tucked in at the foot of an autumn hedgerow! There was a line of snow on the mountains this morning.

Wonderful photographs, Jessica. You have a such a great eye. Frosty in Galway today, Sunday, but so clear that even the moon is visible. It must be beautiful where you are.
Thanks! I saw a lovely photo on twitter this morning of a snow dipped Croagh Patrick/Mt Fuji!
How delicate and pretty
Thank you!
